Ratnesh Gupta, born on 25 January 1982 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, was inspired by his grandfather, Dr. Rambharose Gupta, a renowned child literature scholar. Raised in a literary environment, he excelled in academics, topping his district in Class 10th with 82%. He earned a BE in Computer Science in 2004 and later an MBA in Social Justice Management from NIBM Global, Tiruanantpuram in 2017 with an A+ grade. Committed to social service and leadership, he continues to be driven by his rich familial and academic legacy.

After completing his education, he pursued a career blending leadership, education, and creativity. He served as Director of GATEIIT Academy (2009 to 2012), managed a Skill Development Centre in Shajapur, and worked as Training Officer at the Govt. ITI Guna (2013 to 2022). Despite financial hardships and unemployment, he remained determined, simultaneously building a successful career as a poet. He founded GATEIIT to guide students through competitive exams while publishing eight acclaimed poetry books.

Inspired by his grandfather’s literary legacy, especially after his passing in 2011, he began publishing his grandfather’s unpublished works, fueling his poetic journey.
